Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been unable to host open days for residents to provide information and updates about our operations on site. Everyone has also been at home more than usual and may be more aware of the quarry and its operations.
We strive to be accessible and available to the people that live nearby, which has become challenging under the current restrictions. In June, we therefore hosted a virtual session to provide information about our operations – including our blasting activities – and an opportunity for residents to ask questions of the team.
